The Yankton City Commission will hold an expanded working session on the 2022 budget on Monday.
The working session will also discuss the city’s capital improvement plan and the use of American Recovery funds.
No formal action will be taken during the working session and it will continue after the end of the regular commission meeting if further discussion is required. The budget meeting is public.
Following the working session, the regular session will have discussions on medical marijuana fees and changes to the city’s staff handbook on medical marijuana use.
The commission will also discuss kennel license fees, repairs on the Marne Creek / Auld Brokaw Trail, and an annexation proposal.
The working session is scheduled for Monday at 5:30 p.m. at RTEC, the regular meeting follows at 7:00 p.m.
